Jason is a seasoned information management and development engineer, possessing over 25 years of professional experience and holding more than 60 certifications in information management and enterprise management. He demonstrates proficiency in multiple programming languages, including PHP, HTML, Java, C/C++, Python, and XML, alongside expertise in artificial intelligence. Furthermore, Jason has a strong background in network communications, with a focus on enhancing information security through penetration testing and encryption methodologies. His professional experience includes roles as a development engineer for the NSTC Research Project and the University-Industry Collaboration (UIC). Additionally, he has served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at various startup companies, where he effectively supported government agencies and enterprises in system management implementation and performance optimization. Jason’s exceptional IT analytical capabilities, combined with his extensive cross-industry experience in information management, contribute a comprehensive and valuable IT skill set to the organization.
