She possesses deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, PCAOB and AICPA auditing standards, and U.S. SEC rules for foreign private issuers. Ms. Huang has served as a reviewer for the audit of financial statements of foreign private issuers across the semiconductor, telecommunications, and technology sectors, and has successfully assisted private companies in going public in the U.S. capital market as well as supported public companies in issuing equity or bond securities in international capital markets. Her professional services include providing outsourced CFO services to start-up companies, delivering financial accounting and reporting advisory to companies preparing for U.S. IPOs, and conducting audit and interim review work in accordance with PCAOB audit standards. She provides technical advisory on complex U.S. GAAP issues such as share-based compensation and reverse acquisitions, reviews SEC filings to manage audit risk, and conducts training on updates to U.S. GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC rules.
