Dr. Jack, Nai-Chang Hsiao serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Hsiao Chung-Cheng Medical System, bringing extensive international healthcare experience and strategic leadership to one of Taiwan's most innovative healthcare networks. He oversees operational excellence across all medical facilities, strategic planning for system expansion, and the integration of advanced healthcare technologies throughout the network.

Dr. Hsiao's distinguished international career includes serving as Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Show Chwan Medical System and as Chief Executive Officer at Omnihealthgroup International Digital Technology Company. His clinical expertise was developed through his role as an Attending Physician in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Harvard University-affiliated hospitals in the United States, providing him with valuable insights into international healthcare best practices.

Currently serving as Independent Director for multiple publicly listed companies including World Fitness Services Ltd., Apbiocode Biotechnology Co., Ltd., ShareHope Medicine Co., Ltd., Mr. Hsiao brings valuable corporate governance expertise to the medical system's strategic development. Through his leadership at TriHealth Enterprise, the system's operational subsidiary, he ensures seamless coordination between medical facilities, long-term care services, and innovative healthcare delivery models.
