Dr. Chung-Cheng Hsiao serves as Chairman and CEO of the Hsiao Chung-Cheng Medical System, a comprehensive healthcare network that has transformed healthcare delivery across Northern Taiwan since its establishment. Under his visionary leadership, the medical system has evolved from a regional obstetrics and gynecology specialty hospital into Taiwan's largest integrated healthcare network, encompassing hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and innovative healthcare services.

As the founder and leader of the medical system, Dr. Hsiao pioneered the concept of medical-care-wellness integration in Taiwan, creating multiple industry records including the establishment of Taiwan's most extensive medical-care integration network. His innovative approach led to the system becoming the first in Taiwan to receive approval for telemedicine services in 2018, setting new standards for digital healthcare delivery.

Dr. Hsiao's commitment to healthcare excellence extends beyond clinical practice to active leadership in medical associations and cancer prevention initiatives. He serves as Director of the Xu Qian-Tian Cancer Prevention Research Foundation, Executive Director of the New Taipei Cancer Prevention Association, and holds key positions in the Taiwan Cancer Prevention Association. His dedication to medical education includes his role as Clinical Lecturer at Taipei Medical University's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Through TriHealth Enterprise, the operational arm of the medical system, Dr. Hsiao continues to drive innovation in healthcare integration and service delivery.
