Dr. Chung-Cheng Hsiao serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Hsiao Chung-Cheng Medical System, a comprehensive healthcare network that has significantly transformed healthcare delivery in Northern Taiwan since its inception. Under his visionary leadership, the system has expanded from a regional hospital specializing in obstetrics and gynecology into Taiwan’s largest integrated healthcare network, encompassing hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and innovative healthcare services.

As the founder and principal leader of the medical system, Dr. Hsiao introduced the concept of integrating medical care with wellness in Taiwan, achieving multiple industry milestones, including the creation of the country’s most extensive integrated medical care network. His innovative strategies culminated in the system becoming the first in Taiwan to receive approval for telemedicine services in 2018, thereby establishing new benchmarks for digital healthcare delivery.

Dr. Hsiao’s dedication to advancing healthcare extends beyond clinical practice to include active leadership roles in medical associations and cancer prevention initiatives. He serves as the Director of the Xu Qian-Tian Cancer Prevention Research Foundation, Executive Director of the New Taipei Cancer Prevention Association, and holds prominent positions within the Taiwan Cancer Prevention Association. Additionally, his commitment to medical education is demonstrated by his appointment as a Clinical Lecturer in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Taipei Medical University. Through TriHealth Enterprise, the operational division of the medical system, Dr. Hsiao continues to lead innovation in healthcare integration and service delivery.
